- Cung Le had the fight on his corner for two rounds. On the 1st and 2nd round Le was on the roll by hitting Scott Smith whose also a former Strikeforce Middleweight champion with devastating kicks to the body. Late on the 3rd Scott took advantage on the "VERY GASSED OUT Cung Le". Cung Le not surprisingly rusty, was the one who gassed out first even if it was him who delivered powerful shots. Scott Smith hit Le with a heavy left to the jaw and followed with some crisp shots, Smith won by TKO on Cung Le (yeah, while Cung Le is not on his prime).
